Anybody Missing a Goat and a Dog?

Goat

In lieu of anything that takes even an ounce of creativity (I'm fresh out), I present to you this story that was printed in our local newspaper today. It makes me feel a whole lot better about living in Tennessee where the only thing climbing on top of our German imports are the black bears.

  2. It actaully made it in our Central IL paper too. Under WTF... That's Weird Trivia and Facts, but it could be the other.

  3. This whole goat incident took place just down the road from where I grew up. I am just beaming with pride that Capshaw has made national headlines. Personally, I got a bigger kick out of this article. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,378142,00.html
    Especially the last line.

  4. I didn't have to read the whole article to know that the Sheriff's Dept. was a goin to be havin' a lil' hoe-down wif hot BBQ goat within all th trimins, now alls they need is to find a still to raid, and they're set!!! My Daddy, Papa P, was a hankerin just the other day fer some fresh young goat, must be a Southern thang. Guess we'll be headin' fer Huntsville soon as we hear the date.

  5. I am on this road at least once a week and sometimes twice. And to think I have only been watching for deer in the road. The last thing I need is a goat messing up the fine paint job on my car.

  6. I think it's hilarious that those of us residing in Tennessee feel soooo many rungs higher on the gene pool ladder than those residing in Alabama. But by golly, we do! LOL
