Another Year Grayer

Today marks the one-year anniversary of Another Gray Hair. My initial goal was to write on a
regular basis and I’m so glad I stuck with it. 190 posts, 1264 comments, and
19,000 hits later and my hair is still going gray, in theory. In reality I’ve
yet to find a gray hair. Hate me if you want but it’s my crowning aesthetic
achievement. Keeping up with this blog
may very well be my crowning literary achievement. I never knew that a public
journal could be so rewarding.

Special thanks to my family and friends for letting me make
a mockery of them in order to further my career. Thank you also to all of the
faithful readers out there in the blogosphere. I look forward to another year
of Another Gray Hair!

  1. Congratulations! I'm just glad I found you :).
FYI I don't even know if I have gray hair. I pay way too much every 6-8 weeks just to make sure I never have to find out!
    Happy anniversary!

  9. I'm glad the blog is doing great. I've been going a week or 2 then powering through in one sitting to get caught up. I was wondering how long you've been up and running. I like how it's shaped and has enough hyper-links to make your head spin if you try to click them all. I tried to click on "furry" (CSI episode) and got a red-screen (work computer censorship. It must have material NetJets feels is not needed for me to fix their airplanes.

  14. Congratulations on your one year anniversary. I have too many gray hairs to count and thus far I have refused to dye them. At least I have a built-in Halloween costume.

  15. Okay, I'm a little envious. I now have to go to the salon every six weeks to get my grays dyed. Okay, I won't hold it against you. So long as you keep blogging. :)

  17. Hey that is awesome. Good for you, look at it this way the more you blog the less gray you will become (it's a stress reliever right?) I am glad we bonded over hairbands(haahaha). I love how your parents wrote congratulating you. My Dad always comments on my blog and I love to see what he says. My mother is not computer savvy but my dad will print them out and read them to her.
Happy one Year. Keep on blogging, you make me laugh.!!!!!!

  18. Congratulations!! Although I don't post very often, I am a loyal and daily reader of your blog. You've provided lots of laughs and also some serious insights into young motherhood. I'm also beginning to understand what this blogging generation has to offer. Keep blogging - please. So happy our family provides lots of "material!"
